Please instead go to the General Inquiries tab and send us a form there, we can't wait to hear about your book! This form is only for authors who have already talked with Hannah or Team Lead about their project, specifically so we can make sure you fit in our schedule!
We need your full legal name to complete the contract, your pen name will not be eligible or make this document legally binding. We do have a clause in our contract that your legal name is only used for processing/contracting purposes, and will not be shared.
When you are including your email, please include the email that you want to receive both your DocuSign contracts and PayPal invoices to. Remember, you don't need to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice, this is just the email that the invoice reminder will be sent to!
We contract for each individual service that we offer here at EP. For a list of our services, please see the Services page on our website. Only indicate the current service the manuscript is getting contracted for at the time you onboard.
Please be thorough when you are filling out sections regarding your promotions, sales, giveaways, packages, etc! If this is not indicated on your form, it will not be included on your contract! If there is anything that doesn't apply to you, please just put "NA".
If you are a returning client of EP, doesn't matter how long ago or for what service, you qualify for our Loyalty Program and get an automatic $15 off for every new book you onboard with us. This is applied for your first service of every new book!
If you are a brand new client with English Proper, we are so thrilled to be working with you! To show our appreciation, please indicate that you qualify for a First Time Author promotion, and you will get 20% off your first service with us!
If you already talked about a rush fee with Hannah or an EP team member, please indicate this here, including the percentage rate if applicable! Rush fees may be applied based on your desired return date, so please address this in conversations with the EP team before you complete this form!
Please refer to our Service section for our assignments of team members! If you have worked with a team member in the past and would like to work with them again for this project, you can indicate that on the form below! Please note that this is subject to service and availability!
Please remove author/title/personal information from the attached manuscript, this helps our processing time for the manuscript before it's sent out to team members!
We only work with Word Documents for processing! Please do not submit any other file type including PDFs or E-Pub files! Please see note about personal information to remove from your manuscript!

Within 24 hours of submitting your onboarding form, a DocuSign contract will be sent to the email provided for your review and e-signature. When completing your contract, there will be a section where you select your payment option. See more information about our financing options here:
After you select your payment option and complete the e-signature of your DocuSign, you will get your PayPal invoices emailed to you.
Once your first payment has been completed with PayPal, your service will begin, and we will email you when the project is completed!
